Today is my best grandma’s ever birthday. I with her all the best. I hope I’ll see her next summer. Finally, after so many years of separation. Keep it up granny! You’re still kicking. :)

Quake III Arena source code GPLed
id Software has released the source code for its Quake III Arena for the public under the GPL. That is even before Quake 4 has been released! If you’re interested, you can download the source code here.
Now game writers all over the world can unite and produce some really cool games for Linux, Windows, and Mac. Yeah!
Sideways
I was in a mood for some light and entertaining film, so I picked up “Sideways” which was marked as comedy, romance, and drama with high rating. I thought it was one of those nicely done romantic comedies with some sadness to it.

Voting anniversary
I’ve just noticed that in my voting history at IMDb I have exactly 300 movies. Not so bad for a couple of years, if you ask me. In fact, I’ve watched a bit more than 300 movies technically. Some of the movies aren’t at IMDB, some I’ve seen but didn’t remember the title or didn’t vote at all, and some I’ve watched more than once.
Anyway, 300 is a round number. And it is a big one too. So I thought I’d post about it and acknoledge the fact.
