I work in technology sector. And I do round a clock, not only from 9 to 5. It is my bread and butter, it is my hobby, it is the fascination of my life. And with the current rate of change particular in information technology (IT), there is always something new to learn, to try, to talk about. I often post news, thoughts, and reviews. And when I do, this is the category I use.

Capsule – developer’s scratch pad

I’ve just learned about Capsule, and I think you should too.

It is based off WordPress, and does sound interesting.  But the two best things about it, I think, are that a developer can keep it private, and that a developer can connect his own Capsule to multiple Capsule servers.  That ought to be a killer feature, as the only two arguments that I’ve heard from developers trying to make them blog more were, if only I had a better way of organizing my private code snippets, and if only I could share them privately with project teammates.

P.S.: I am also a big fan of using P2 theme for WordPress, which works wonders for project teams.  But Capsule seems to be an even better tool for developer kinds.

The cool thing about Google Glass which isn’t immediately obvious

Since Google announced their Google Glass project, I kept thinking which of their products would be the most useful on that platform.  Gmail? Probably not too much.  Search? Perhaps.  Ads? Don’t think so.

Today, after reading this blog post I realized that I was thinking about it all wrong.  It’s not what Google will push into the glasses, but what the rest of the world would come up with.  Google Glass is Android-based.  And we’ve seen already how powerful the platform is, and how many people come with so many cool ideas.

And, all of a sudden, I can’t wait for this whole new thing to pick up…
