Apple

Full apple

I was planning to make an education poster today. The title was supposed to be “Three stages of before and after”. Unfortunately, I’ve got way too lazy and didn’t make it. So I’ll give you the source material and you can figure out on your own what I wanted to do. All three pictures are here.

Looking at these pictures, I couldn’t stop thinking how trite they are. But what if I made exactly the same pictures with a different subject? Say a human, for example. Now that would be gross and disgusting! I think I’ll stick with apples for now…

Rainy day

Rainy day

Today is a rainy day. I was watching rain from the office window. There were all sorts of rains today: minor with just a few drops; average with lots of water but in small drops, thunderstorm rain with huge drops but lasted only a few minutes. Overall, skies remained uninterestingly gray, and ground – uninterestingly wet gray.

Bird effect

Bird effect

It seems that my office windows provide for a lot of unexplored photo opportunities. There are many subjects around and each of them stands out in different time of the day. Today I focused on the industrial area around my office buildings. Gray and rusty walls of winery stores, pigeons, and metal stairways caught my attention today.

7 images were uploaded.

Barrels

Barrels

My office window is a source for many of my pictures. Barrels is yet another one. ETKO (?) winery is a nextdoor building to our offices. Among many other things, these guys have an extended collection of barrels stored on the roof of one of their building. I was noticing the pattern for a long time, but only today it occured to me to make a picture.
