Getting fat again

I was off my diet on Sunday with loads of food and drinks. Also, I haven’t been in the gym both on Sunday and on Monday (closed due to holidays). Not only that, but I didn’t have any exercise what so ever.

So, I wasn’t surprised when I clocked in at 116 kg today before the gym. After a minor work out, I left weighting 115.6 kg. Tomorrow we will start again with serious work outs. And I am already back on the diet.

  1. I don’t believe in dieting. Food is the best thing in life. :) I do however believe in eating small portions at a time. 5-6 meals a day and reward myself once every two weeks with Buffet deals and a spoonful of MOM when I get home.

    I find that instead of walking a dog, I’d walk my hubby. It’s fun. Given that he has long legs and mine are shorter – I have to catch up. Huff! Puff! Slow down dear…

    I prefer lifting the vacuum cleaner over lifting weights. I get more work done. Gym distracts my attention. Too many Barbie Dolls and Mr. T’s, I can’t concentrate hahahha.

    15-20 minutes of daily Tai-chi out on the porch is good enough to keep my chi balance.
