Looking through the collection of World Cup photograph’s at Boston Big Picture, I had to pick these two. Â The first one made me think of how quickly things change, especially when context is given. Â Anyone looking at this picture a month ago wouldn’t think anything negative. Â It’s a pretty much classic shot of man, music and nature. Â However now, after all that vuvuzella noise, I’m sure there are plenty of people who would be disgusted by the view.
The second picture answers a question that is asked by many people of several generations. Â The question that asks what is there to enjoy about football and why would anyone even consider attending a match. Â This is not the only answer of course, but I think this is the easiest to understand. Â Yes, hot chicks are apparently a part of a stadium crowd.
These guys are absolutely amazing! Â They are discovering a new activity, which will hopefully pick up and make it into a new sport – liquid mountaineering. Â Just watch this YouTube video and more clips in the related videos.
A co-worker let me know that there will be a rugby match between Cyprus and Azerbaijan teams this Saturday, March 6th, 2010. Â The game will take place in Pafos at Paphiako Stadium, which is opposite the McDonalds restaurant. Â The kick off is at 14:30. Â The entrance is free!
The weather forecast is warm and sunny with scattered clouds, which should make for a good day outside and easy photo opportunity.
