Apparently, there is even an RSS forum – I Love RSS. It is a standard BB interface to a number of RSS related discussions. “Favorite Feeds” is the one I’ll be watching over.

Sealed
Yet another picture from the office. For those, who don’t know what it is – it is a Pelican plastic case with backup tapes, sealed with a numbered plastic seal. These things look and feel pretty cool in real life. They are some challange to express photographically though.

If nothing else, at least report your problems and there is a good chance of them being fixed. Even if that takes a couple of years. :)

Collateral
Olga and I went to the movies to see “Collateral“. We both don’t like Tom Cruise, but I’ve got kind of interested in Michael Mann‘s work.
The movie turned out to be pretty good. It is somewhat slowly paced, but good. The story is interesting, actors deliver, and there was some nice camera work. Face close-ups added to the feeling of a huge city, which was one of the intended characteristics of the film. I also liked the way police work was shown, as well as professional assassin perspective on it all. Jamie Foxx performance was excellent.
The movie does not require a huge screen or sound surround system, so you can easily watch it at home on DVD. I would rate is a 7 out of 10.
Happy Birthday, Mum!
It is my mother’s birthday today. Unfortunately, I am way too far from her to celebrate together, but I am with her in my mind and in my heart.
Ma, don’t let yet another birthday disappoint you – it’s just a reason to celebrate and nothing more… and the years.. years… who’s counting? :)
Anyway, all the best wishes to you. (And a little surprise in the inbox)
