Can you whistle? If you can, you can always learn to do it better. If you can’t, you can always start learning. “The Online Guide to Whistling Records” should educate and entertain you on the matter.

Parashut

Evolution of Programmers
“Evolution of Programmers” is one of those jokes which holds some truth to it. Also goes nicely with a popular image.
Picture of the day
It turned out that it wasn’t a cardreader that I burned yesterday, but a USB port on my workstation. These are not so bad news, since I don’t use USB on that machine all that much.
Anyway, I have posted few picture of passing lights and ray traces from yesterday. You can find them here. I think I am finished with this subject for now.
For today pictures I’ve stopped at EKO petrol station. This specific station looks excellent in the real life, especially when it’s dark. I failed to deliver all the beauty, but I’ve tried a few times. Maybe I will redo it later when I will get more educated on the subject of bright light boards photography.
On updating wishlists
There are two sides to wishlists. On one hand, they help you keep things remembered. Like my list of movies to see. It does really help when I am in DVD club. But on the other hand, you have to always update these lists when things change. Otherwise, you are increasing your chances of doing something twice. Like me watching “The Missing“. I don’t really mind watching or good movie twice or having beer with friends twice a week or something. But “The Missing” is not my favourite film (although it is pretty good). And that leaves me with an bit empty feeling.
Moral: keep wishlists updated or get rid of them altother.
