The question of salaries is, I think, one of the most important in the business world. How much should an employee get paid? How much is too much? How much is too low?
The other day I was thinking about ways of finding the ideal salary amount. This is close to impossible, of course. But I managed to find a nice measurement for the managers to compare. If employee, by accident, will one day destroy the boss’s car, which supposedly is not insured against accidents like this, than employee’s salary should be high enough to provide a realistic payback period.
Thus, the more expensive boss’s car gets, the more employees should be rewarded for their work. Nice and fair, isn’t it? :)
Today I have received the first check from Google AdSense. While these are good news, I am not shouting “WoooHooo!” unless I will cash it. I am not very experienced when it comes to checks and I don’t know how well the system works. I will visit my bank on Monday and will see how it goes. I’ll let you all know immediately when I’ll get the money. Meanwhile, please keep clicking on the ads of interest…
It’s been a while since I installed Google AdSense. Meanwhile I am getting closer to my first check. I have passed the $85 USD mark on the way to the $100 USD. I guess I should receive some money within the next couple of month.
Thanks to everyone who is clicking on the ads once in a while. I hope they are helpful. :)
I’ve noticed recently an increase in advertizing of Google ads. Lots of sites do have Google ads, so I decided to try it out. As you can see, I’ve added a vertical bar on the right to all blog pages. I’ll see how it will go and if I like it then I’ll add it to other parts of the site. I guess that “Writings” would be the most appropriate place.
