I love photography. For me, it’s like painting, but better. And more accurate. And unlike painting, I can actually participate. I am not a big success or great master by any means. But I enjoy taking pictures. I also enjoy looking at other people work and sometimes sharing it. When I do, this is the category that I use.
I came across an interesting collection of cigar feet photos. Â I always find it interesting to observe the variety noticed by people who are involved with the subject. Â Being a non-smoker, and having very little experience with and access to cigars, I know I would have never discovered something like this. Â Beautiful patterns.

Last night I slept for only a couple of hours. Â That seems to be a perfect opportunity to share recent Big Picture’s collection of sleeping people photographs. Â Lights out will be much earlier today for me…
As mentioned earlier, I got a chance to see a beautiful ship Amerigo Vespucci docked in Limassol port last weekend. Â I’ve taken a few pictures, which, unfortunately, don’t do the ship any justice. Â The real thing is quite something.

Via kottke.org I came across this rather entertaining photo gallery of divers’ faces as they compete in the World Championship. Â Some are scary, some are funny, but all of them are unique and standing out. Â Not something you see every day.
This gallery also reminded me of a ping pong faces gallery from 2004 Olympics.
