For a while now, whenever I post a new blog post to this site, and try to propagate it to my social network accounts, I get an error from Facebook – something about security and content policies this or that:
The automation broke a few month ago, but I never cared enough to do much about it. Â From then on, I don’t push all the posts to Facebook automatically, but a select few, with manual posting of the links.
Today, even the manual posting broke. Â I got this:
OK, I thought. Â Weird, but this happens. Â Gladly, the error message contains the link to let Facebook know about the problem. Â And so I do. Â Just to get to this point:
Now that’s not good. Â But then again what can I do? I guess it’s a good thing I still own all of my content and have my own place to publish it at.
Hopefully, this will get resolved all by itself soon. Â Or people will have only kitten pictures to look at…
Do you load anything (including js) from 3rd-party websites?
Like any other WordPress website – yes, sure. Fonts, ads, etc. The URL Facebook complains about is /wordpress/wp-content – and that’s where all the uploaded images go in WordPress, together with all the theme and plugin files.
You may be hurting feelings of faithful ones with your posts :-)
Did you ever post any porn on your blog? :)
“We can’t review this website because the content doesn’t meet our Community Standards. If you think this is a mistake, please let us know.”

Possibly some hatred-filled posts about certain Web development tools :-)
Of course :) food porn, book porn, porn research and history – I’ve got it all! :)
Ah, you see. Facebook is right !
