Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo (1999)Since I dumped Ben Stiller from the list of actors I like, I was looking for the replacement to restore the balance. Rob Shneider seems like a good alternative. I’ve enjoyed him in a number of movies and think that he actually deserves more attention that he gets. “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo” is one of his older movies that I decided to watch to “study” him a bit more.

Six month pediatrician check

Maxim is approaching his 6th month birthday. That is yet another perfect time for a schedule check with his pediatrician Dr.Simos Kitiris.

First were the measurements: weight – 8,600 grams, height – 68.5 centimeters, head – 44.5 centimeters. These are all normal, but a bit above the average. He’s a big guy, you know.

Looking for a job

Is there any job out there that would require me to watch two, three, or four movies per day? I can honestly give my opinion after each film. I have a history that proves that I can watch many movies a day for long periods of time without loosing interest. Cinema hall would be considered an advantage, but I can do with a TV box or even a computer screen. The pay should be somewhere around what I am getting now. Or more. I can start tomorrow today!

Please let me know if you heard of any vacancies…

DVD collection update

I bought a few more DVDs using Martin’s special offer (1 DVD for 7 CYP, 5 DVDs for 30 CYP, 10 DVDs for 50 CYP). This time I got the 10 DVDs pack. Here is a list of movies:

  • Lethal Weapon full collection (Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4). This is an all time classic of criminal action with elements of comedy. I don’t know how many times I saw all of these movies, but I’ll sure see them some more. Actually I started with part 1 already.
  • American History X – one of the best movies about racism and nationalism. Ever.
  • Requem for a Dream – one of the best movies about drugs. Ever.
  • Beyond Borders. This one is not as highly ranked as others, but it is very inspirational to me.
  • Enemy at the Gates – because I just love sniper movies. And because this is a really good movie on its own.
  • Fight Club. Do I even have to comment about it?
  • Man on Fire – one of the best action movies that were released recently.

Update: I should sleep more or learn how to count to ten. Missed “Man on Fire”. Fixed.
