My wife left to Russia to change her passport. It looks like I’ll be busy with coding of those few things that were bothering me for some time now.

Bad news – I am not going to Ottawa Linux Symposium due to the visa problems (visiting Syria, etc). I guess, I will have to go to one of those conferences in Europe.

I am getting ready for Ottawa Linux Symposium. I had to find out that there is no way to get Canadian visa without leaving Cyprus. After reading this informative website I am getting ready to visit Canadian immigration office in Syria, which, in turn, forces me to, first, get Syrian visa.
Back from Egypt
Back from Egypt. It was a fast and interesting trip. Ship was excellent, as were the pyramids and Alexandria’s lighthouse. After the trip I was wondering alot for additional information about world wonders, and I have found some here. The country itself is one huge contrast. They also appear to have problem with beer, but smoking the water-pipe is usual thing.
