Second physiotherapy session

We took Maxim for his second physiotherapy session today. And although we woke him up and didn’t feed him for two hours or so, he seemed to enjoy the massage. At least the first 15 minutes. After that he got bored and began complaining. But overall he handled himself pretty good.

Overall, he feels much better now. He still coughs once in a while, but all the other symptoms are gone. Both Olga and I are also recovering pretty fast. By next week we’ll be one healthy family again. Or so I hope.

Updates from Dr.Simos’ office

We took Maxim for another check with Dr.Simos. Doctor confirmed that Maxim is getting better, but said that he still needs to be taken good care of. The antibiotic that we were giving him worked fine, but wasn’t enough and should be continued for three more days. Also, inhalations should be done now only three times a day, and not four. Additionally, two sessions of physiotherapy were prescribed to help Maxim clear his lungs and bronches.

Caputto

I was holding up. I was fighting it. I was trying to win it. But I failed…

I got sick!

This doesn’t happen as often as it used to, when I was smoking. But when it does, I get it heavy.

This time, I don’t have any temperature at all (maybe around +37C), but my throat is flaming. I cough. I have a running nose. My head feels heavy. I get tired pretty fast. And I don’t feel like doing anything. Except sleeping…

Not to worry though. A couple of days at home and it should pass.

Those of you who aren’t sick right now – enjoy it! Those of you who are – you are not alone.

Getting sick

It seems, Maxim was carefully choosing the virus to bring back home. He managed to convince Dr.Simos that antibiotics are necessary. Then he passed his virus to Olga, who doesn’t feel very well for the last couple of days. And Olga, in turn, passed it on to me. Or, maybe, it was Maxim again. Anyway, I feel like I am getting sick. I wonder if I will be able to fight it off this time…
