Standby shift
My morning NOC Standby shift began with a power supply failure of one of the vital servers. Trip to the office, one hour, and back. Heh, now I know what they are paying us for.
The Recruit
Lev, Olga, and I went to see “The Recruit” in the evening. Not bad. Not bad at all. It gave us few things to talk about over a beer afterwards…
Friday before Easter
At the last moment I remembered that looong holidays are coming and there is no beer in my fridge. This is a great deal for me, since ther won’t be any good entertainment on TV either. Ugly race around the town until I finally found a shop that works. I will survive now.
