Watched “The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc” (directed by Luc Besson with Milla Jovovich as Joan) in the evening. Nice story telling, not bad acting and lots of massive fighting scenes, but overall I like the other Joanna d’Arc better. I’ll just need some time locating the exact title and actors of it.

ThinkGeek order arrived completely
The last bit of the huge ThinkGeek order came in today. Michael was waiting for it silently, so I’ll surprise him tomorrow. What can be better then surprise giving on Friday, right?
WRC pictures uploaded
I’ve uploaded pictures from the WRC. Check them out here.
Daily report
Since I was on the night shift until 6:00am, most of the day passed in dream. In the evening went to Lev to have some vodka with lots of tasty snacks – his mother just came from Russia with a friend of hers. After few shots we went to the brewery (yes, that brewery). Surprisingly, it was like another place. Loud and ugly music, lots of people…crowded. Also, all beer except pilsner was gone. So we had a pint and ran away.
Passed by the kiosk to get ourself a big bottle of Carlsberg each, couple of koupas and went up to the Agios Filaxeous to enjoy the view of the night-time Limassol. Accidentally, we managed to fall into a long discussion about classical Russian litreture. Lev’s mother is a school teacher for this subject, Lev read lots, but not a teacher, and myself read nothing and not a teacher. After three hours of talking we stayed at the same opinion each of us had before and went down to Limassol. I think now I know why I can talk to Lev for hours when we are both drunk – that’s his blood from the mother’s side.
WRC – Day 3
Last day of rally. We’ve planned to see only one stage today. It was very close to Limassol and they even had a bus to take people from the parking to the finish line. We’ve covered half the way by car and another half by foot. Good spot that was – medium right turn and long and fast straigt road downhill, then sharp left and straight to finish. I’ve made few nice pictures again, but Vladimir still cannot find the cable to read them off the camera.
After the stage we went to Molos area in Limassol to see the official prize-giving ceremony. We’ve got somewhat separated due to me parking the car for a long time, but finally I got the best spot of all immidiately near to podium. My favorite team of blue and yellow won, which resulted in much victorius shouting and whistling from my side. Subaru (with Solberg and Mills) are the CHAMPIONS!
