Ordered this device right before my honeymoon to Maui. Renting would have been 11.95$ per DAY, and with a 15 day trip… well, she paid for herself already.
I never realized how nice it is to actually know the directions. We took the “Road to Hana,” which the locals nicknamed the “Divorce Highway.” With the 265W, I have no idea why. It was a great trip and we both felt confident that we knew where we were going.
Really great device. I haven’t used it for inner city driving at home as much. I am very familiar with my town, especially considering I was a pizza driver ten years ago. The hardest part now is getting used to using it when I take a trip to the suburbs or something.
