Catch-22 (1970) If I remember correctly, I heard about “Catch-22” in connection with “Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb” and that is one of my favourite movies, so I had to see “Catch-22” too.

She xing diao shou

She xing diao shou (1978) “She xing diao shou” (also known as “Snake in the Eagle’s Shadow”) is the first movie ever (1978) directed by Woo-ping Yuen. Yuen has made a huge contribution in the martial arts cinematography by directing, acting, and choreographing fights and stunts in many films (including both Kill Bill volumes and Matrix trilogy). This film also stars a young but very experienced by that time Jackie Chan. Needless to say that I’ve seen it a hundred times or so. All that was about 15 years ago though…

Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo

Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo (1999) Since I dumped Ben Stiller from the list of actors I like, I was looking for the replacement to restore the balance. Rob Shneider seems like a good alternative. I’ve enjoyed him in a number of movies and think that he actually deserves more attention that he gets. “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo” is one of his older movies that I decided to watch to “study” him a bit more.

Looking for a job

Is there any job out there that would require me to watch two, three, or four movies per day? I can honestly give my opinion after each film. I have a history that proves that I can watch many movies a day for long periods of time without loosing interest. Cinema hall would be considered an advantage, but I can do with a TV box or even a computer screen. The pay should be somewhere around what I am getting now. Or more. I can start ~~tomorrow~~ today!
