Slashdot is running a post with a link to an excellent article about KDE.

I’ve added an RSS feed to my blog. Now real fans can do all sorts of things like automatic notifications and inclusion into Kontact Summary page.The URL is https://mamchenkov.net/blog/xml-rss2.php . There is also a link on the right.

“Computer Languages History” is in excellent website devoted to…well…history of computer programming languages. Currently, it lists about 50 programming languages with links to language websites.
There is also an excellent timeline, which shows the relationships between different programming languages starting with Fortran in November 1954 and ending with PHP of May 1st, 2004.
Obviously, it is an ongoing project, so updates should follow with new versions released.

Carlsberg is running an excellent advertising campaign as an official sponsor of Euro 2004 football championship. Some of their billboards gave me a couple of ideas.
