Instead of retyping and reformatting everything, they simply allow you to read and navigate through the scans.  Click <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cs.usfca.edu\/www.AlanTuring.net\/turing_archive\/archive\/l\/l18\/L18-001.html\">here<\/a> for example.
