The Global Airport Database<\/a> is a collection of data about all (???) airports in the world, big and small.\u00a0 It covers a total of 9,300 airports worldwide.<\/p>\n

That’s pretty interesting.\u00a0 For example, how many airports do you think there are in Cyprus?\u00a0 Obviously, there is the Larnaca International Airport and Paphos International Airport.\u00a0 Then, there is one in Nicosia, which is not functioning since the island was divided.\u00a0 And there is one in Acrotiri on the British military base.\u00a0 Four, right?\u00a0 \u00a0Well, the Global Airport Database has a total of 7 (!!!) entries for the country of Cyprus:<\/p>\n
