I’ve read this story<\/a> a while ago, but this is a beautiful piece of the system administration\u00a0reality, so here it goes again.<\/p>\n

“We’re having a problem sending email out of the department.”
\n“What’s the problem?” I asked.
\n“We can’t send mail more than 500 miles,” the chairman explained.

\n“We can’t send mail farther than 500 miles from here,” he repeated. “A
