Ergophobia may also be a subset of either<a title=\"Social phobia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Social_phobia\">social phobia<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Performance_anxiety\">performance anxiety<\/a>. Sufferers of ergophobia experience undue anxiety about the workplace environment even though they realize their fear is irrational.
