Here is my WTF moment of the day. \u00a0I directed my browser (Google Chrome, if you must know) to open Twitter.com<\/a>. \u00a0What did I see? \u00a0Not a Twitter page. \u00a0Not even a famour Twitter fail whale<\/a>. \u00a0I saw an empty page with this error message.<\/p>\n
