Went to see “Fair Game<\/a>” in the cinema. \u00a0Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. \u00a0It felt like the filmmakers couldn’t really decide on what kind of movie they are making. \u00a0There is a bit of a spy movie, which sucked. \u00a0There is a bit of political conspiracy interlinked with a bit of documentary. \u00a0That sucked too. \u00a0There was a brilliant part of family drama. \u00a0But it was only a small fraction of the film without really being linked to the rest of it.<\/p>\n

The film is not really\u00a0fulfilling. \u00a0After all that time watching it, I had to ask myself – “what did I really get out of this film?”. \u00a0And unfortunately I had to answer – “Nothing”. \u00a0It’s not entertaining. \u00a0It’s not thought-provoking. \u00a0It’s not education. \u00a0It’s not emotional.<\/p>\n

That’s too bad really. \u00a0Because both Naomi Watts and Sean Pean were involved and acting, trying to make this film better. \u00a0But there was just no base for their acting. \u00a0The storytelling was so bad. \u00a0What is even more surprising is that the director of this film – Doug Liman – for sure knows how to make good movies. \u00a0He proved that with directing both “Bourne Identity” and “Mr. And Mrs. Smith”.<\/p>\n

Overall, I’d give this film a 3 out of 5<\/strong>. \u00a0If you really want to see it, don’t waste your money on the cinema. \u00a0There is nothing there that you won’t see on a smaller screen, in the comfort of your home.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n
