I came across this blog post<\/a>, which, among other things, has this excellent tip for us, laptop and netbook users – how to disable touchpad while typing.\u00a0 The tip is specific for Gnome desktop and is rather easy to follow.\u00a0 Navigate to System \/ Preferences \/ Mouse<\/em> menu, switch to Touchpad<\/em> tab, and check “Disable touchpad while typing<\/em>” box.\u00a0 Then close dialogue window and enjoy.\u00a0 Here is a screenshot to make you life even easier.<\/p>\n
