How many celebrities can you imagine involved in a single movie?\u00c2\u00a0 Try the cast of “The Departed<\/a>“.\u00c2\u00a0 Directed by Martin Scorsese.\u00c2\u00a0 Main roles played by Jack Nicholson, Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Martin Sheen, Mark Wahlberg, Alec Baldwin, and more.\u00c2\u00a0 Even one of the co-producers was Brad Pitt himself. There was practically no way to spoil this film.\u00c2\u00a0 So, no wonder it won 4 oscars plus a whole bunch of other awards and nominations.<\/p>\n

Did I like this film?\u00c2\u00a0 Yes.\u00c2\u00a0 It was very good.\u00c2\u00a0 I liked the story and the way it was told.\u00c2\u00a0 I liked acting a lot.\u00c2\u00a0 Leonardo did especially well.\u00c2\u00a0 And Baldwin.\u00c2\u00a0 And Nicholson of course.\u00c2\u00a0 And the other ones too.<\/p>\n

But.\u00c2\u00a0 Something is missing in this film. I can’t put my finger on it though.\u00c2\u00a0 I’d rate this film as a solid 8.5, or maybe even 9 out of 10<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 But, it was so very close to 10, to a perfect movie, but it’s not.\u00c2\u00a0 If you have any idea of what is missing, please share in the comments.\u00c2\u00a0 I’d really like to know.\u00c2\u00a0 Because the rest of it is so good…<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n
