This is not intentional.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a wide known fact that Google allows (or, depending on how you look at it, forces) its employees to\u00c2\u00a0 work 20% of the time on the side projects.\u00c2\u00a0 What kind of projects?\u00c2\u00a0 What do they actually do?\u00c2\u00a0 Where this time goes?\u00c2\u00a0 Here is an idea from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cracked.com\/article_14519_25-secret-perks-working-at-google.html?=rss\">hilarious article at Cracked.com<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Google engineers are given &#8220;20 percent time&#8221; in which they are free to pursue their own personal projects.
