Thanks to a few people, I succeeded.\u00c2\u00a0 This time I just felt that I have to get <a href=\"https:\/\/mamchenkov.net\/wordpress\/2007\/09\/25\/back-to-the-gym\/\">back to the gym<\/a>, but I failed to identify the goal of the exercises.\u00c2\u00a0 Today, while jogging, it suddenly came to me.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 My fitness goal can be expressed in the following two points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I want to live until I am at least <strong>80 years old<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>At that age, I want to be physically fit to <strong>pick up and carry around<\/strong> my grandson, who&#8217;ll be a 20-something years old fat bastard.\u00c2\u00a0 Either him, or both granddaughters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yeah, something like that.\u00c2\u00a0 Give or a take.<\/p>\n<!-- google_ad_section_end -->\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<!-- google_ad_section_start -->\n<p>Last year, when I went to the gym, my primary goal was to lose weight.
