{"id":10841,"date":"2007-09-25T11:45:02","date_gmt":"2007-09-25T08:45:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mamchenkov.net\/wordpress\/2007\/09\/25\/back-to-the-gym\/"},"modified":"2007-09-25T11:45:02","modified_gmt":"2007-09-25T08:45:02","slug":"back-to-the-gym","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mamchenkov.net\/wordpress\/2007\/09\/25\/back-to-the-gym\/","title":{"rendered":"Back to the gym"},"content":{"rendered":"<!-- google_ad_section_start -->\n<p>After being way too busy for the last 8 month or so, I&#8217;m finally back to the gym.\u00c2\u00a0 Today was my first day.<\/p>\n<p>Notes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I decided to take things slowly for the first few times, to avoid pains and passing outs like I had the last time.\u00c2\u00a0 I did <strong>1.2 km run<\/strong> today and did a few small exercises here and there.\u00c2\u00a0 No weights yet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paid for the next 6 month<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 It&#8217;s cheaper now (140 CYP) than it used to be (169 CYP).<\/li>\n<li>My schedule is going to be different this time.\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;ll be going to the gym in the morning, about <strong>8:30am<\/strong>, right after I drive Maxim to kindergarten, and before I go the office.<\/li>\n<li>I didn&#8217;t gain as much weight as I thought I would.\u00c2\u00a0 I came in at <strong>107.3 kg<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 I though I was over 110 kg already, but apparently I was wrong.
