The books is about the art of starting and operating a company in its early stages.  And it&#8217;s a great piece altogether!  Guy Kawasaki is a very smart and funny guy.  He&#8217;s very much experienced too.<\/p>\n<p>The book is excellent on so many levels that it&#8217;s almost impossible to describe.  It is short and to the point.  It is written in a simple, direct language.  It has lots of bullets, large font, and very short chapters.  Every chapter has a FAQ (Frequently Asked\/Avoided Questions).  There is plenty of recommended reading pointers. Also, the book is very practical and is based on a lot of experience and common sense.  And there are lots of smart quotes too &#8211; at the start of every section there is at least one.  And the index is great.   And so many subjects are covered from pitching to managening people.  And, and, and&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Gladly, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guykawasaki.com\/\">Guy Kawasaki<\/a> is very well represented on the web.  You might have noticed that already, since I often link to <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.guykawasaki.com\/\">his blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in this book, but haven&#8217;t made up your mind if <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/1591840562\/guykawasakico-20\/002-9226153-0475221\">you should buy it<\/a> or not, watch <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.guykawasaki.com\/2006\/06\/the_art_of_the_.html\">this video<\/a>.  You&#8217;ll get the taste of it from the author himself.
