But I seriously doubt that they will truly support Google in this opening of the mobile Java platform. I doubt that Google would have jumped on this whole Java bandwagon if there was any possibility for Sun to screw them up for it. On the other hand, Sun doesn't look like a company totally getting into open source to me. Plus their own mobile platform.. yes, Sun supporting the fork sounds weird.. :) bucky,

They'll just clamp down their ability to call it Java - but given how Google treats trademarks and copyright, this may get messy.
