The Sicilian

The Sicilian (1987)The Sicilian” sounded like a good mafia crime movie, which I am, I have to admit, a big fan of.

Directed by: Michael Cimino
Genres: Crime, Drama
Cast: Christopher Lambert, Terence Stamp, Joss Ackland, John Turturro, Richard Bauer, Barbara Sukowa, Giulia Boschi, Ray McAnally, Barry Miller, Andreas Katsulas, Michael Wincott, Derrick Branche, Richard Venture, Ramon Bieri, Stanko Molnar
IMDB raintg: 5.0
My rating: 5.0 *****

It turned out to be a Sicilian version of a well-known Robin Hood story. Maybe with more politics, guns, and blood involved, but not very different. It’s also a type of movie that they usually show on TV, few decades after it was released.

It’s also a very average movie. There was nothing special about it what-so-ever.
