How to use knife, fork, and spoon

Just after I posted the chopstick using guide, I realized that some people I go out for food don’t even use knife, fork, and spoon properly. It would be unfair of me to point them out only to the chopstick resources. So, here you go with this link, this link, this link, this link, and this link.
