“Twisted” on DVD continued my rather prolonged day although it is just before 10:00 in the morning.

I think that this movie is seriously underrated at IMDB. It is a nice crime film with a wicked story, changing pace, good camera work, and a few celebrities in it. Pace deserves a special mentioning. It is kind of slow during the first half of the movie and story unfolds in a way that seems to be very obvious and predictable. Olga even started to get a bit nervous in a way that when all this mess is going to end. But don’t be tricked. There are few changes of perspective along the way. Really. Few. But all of them are tightly packed into the second half of the movie. In fact, now that I think of it, the first half was totally devoted to character development, and the second one - to the story itself. Yup, that is.

There was some good acting delivered by both Ashley Judd and Samuel L. Jackson (why am I still surprised?). Supporting people did a decent job too.

Because I liked the movie and because of the low rating at IMDB, I will give it a 7 out of 10. I think it is worth it.
