Slashdot has a post about a very useful website - Cooking for Engineers. This blog-style website has articles about cooking written in the form which is understandable by engineers and other techies.
I went through a few entries and I have to agree that it is very clear and simple. It covers many topics around cooking - not only the recipes, but also food management tricks, like freezing and thawing meat.
